Cavity Wall Insulation
The highest proportion of heat loss from your home is through the walls. Up to 35% can be lost with an uninsulated wall.
We install Polypearl bead insulation, which is the new industry standard, replacing the old less efficient fibre insulation.
Internal Wall Insulation
Approximately 40% of heat is lost through the external walls of your property. Solid wall homes are especially vulnerable to this due to their design and construction methods. Solid walls can be insulated from the inside to improve the thermal loss.
Room In Roof Insulation
For properties with a room in the roof, you can still insulate the area. By adding insulation to the rafters and floor. For room in roof insulation to be effective all heat loss areas must be insulated.
Flat Roof Insulation
A flat roof can be insulated by adding a layer of rigid insulation board either on top of the roof’s weatherproof layer or directly on top of the timber roof surface, with a new weatherproof layer on top of the insulation.
Boilers
Replacement Boilers can be installed to replace old inefficient models.
Under Eco4 Boiler Grants are limited and only certain models qualify. Contact now to not miss out.
First Time Central Heating
First time gas central heating can be installed in properties that have an existing gas supply but no previous gas heating.
Air Source Heat Pumps
An air source heat pump, transfers heat from the outside air to water, which heats your rooms via radiators or underfloor heating. It can also heat water stored in a hot water cylinder for your hot taps, showers and baths.

Multiple types of heating controls can be installed to give you more control over how you heat your home.

ENERGY PERFORMANCE CERTIFICATE (EPC)
The Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD) began the implementation of EPCs throughout Europe. The Housing Act 2004 is the UK’s legislation specific to EPCs; introducing the EPC to England and Wales in August 2007, followed by Northern Ireland (June 2008) and then Scotland (December 2008) EPCs are required for homes which are put up for sale or rental across the whole of the UK.
